At Sharp Image Consulting, we are dedicated in working with organizations to enhance their operations through solutions focused techniques. We believe the key to organizational effectiveness is leadership, communication, teamwork, and collaborative change management processes.
From a very young age, Dalyce has worked with people in a counselling, coaching and mentoring capacity. In her early years she was a camp counsellor, aquatics program trainer, instructor, leader and coach. She later grew into supervisory & management positions in recreation administration and then into community development consulting.
She now finds her passion in combining her training in graphic facilitation and visual coaching with her experience working with government, community groups and First Nations; life / business coaching; and education in leadership development to provide a unique approach to organizational strategic planning, problems solving, leadership training and coaching.
Professionally, she has 27 years’ work experience in recreation supervision and management in regional and local government, non-profits and business sectors. For the past 12 years, she has enjoyed the independence of consulting work in community development and not-for-profit administration. Mostly recently, Dalyce was Administrator for the Southern Interior Beetle Action Coalition (SIBAC) for 9 years.
